The 100% pure honey used in our products comes from Hive's biodynamic and sustainable apiary. We collect honey once a year and do not give our bees sugar water. We leave them enough food (honey) so that they can survive the winter and the times when there is no flowering so that they can continue feeding on their own honey. Our purpose is to maintain the purity and quality of the honey and we do not seek to exploit our bees to produce more honey.
